Registration Fees & Information
Conference Registration Fee: $30 per individual
Competitive Event Entry Fees:
- Individual Event Entry Fee: $35 per entry (including Baking and Pastry, Career Investigation, Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Fashion Construction, Job Interview, Leadership, Personal Finance: Presented by EVERFI, Say Yes to FCS Education, Teach or Train, Teaching Strategies, Texas Cupcake Presentation, Texas Mystery Basket, and Texas Serving Up Success)
- Team Event Entry Fee: $50 per entry (all other events)
Family and Consumer Sciences Assessment (FCSA) Fee: $15 per assessment
Spotlight on Projects Entry Fee: $30 per project
Optional Conference T-shirts: $12 ($15 for 2XL, 3XL) *Only available to order until December 1 at 11:59 p.m. CST
Competitive Event registration is due December 1.
Online conference registration closes completely on February 11, 2025.
Registration Invoice/Financial Agreement: By clicking the check box next to “I Agree to the above statement(s)” and the “Finished Registration” button in registration, advisors are creating an invoice and agreeing to pay the amount on the invoice. Once an invoice is created, the total amount is due for payment. Competitive Event entry fees, FCSA fees, and Spotlight on Projects fees are non-refundable even if students drop out. If deadlines are not met, late fees may be applied.

Community Service Project: chapters are encouraged to bring donations to the region conference.

2025 - 2026 Region II Officer Candidates
Take time to review the resumes of the candidates running for office. Each registered chapter will have one Voting Delegate to represent their chapter and cast a vote at the House of Delegates Meeting.
